Terms & Conditions
- For Normal Delivery Service, the garments will be ready within 24 hours unless otherwise specified by the staff.
- After 90 days, the customer will be contacted and given 10 days to collect the items before they may be destroyed.
- Compensation in case of loss or damage of clothing will be based on the agreement between the two parties.
- Please ensure you have collected all personal items from your garments. The laundry is not responsible for loss of such items.
- Please make sure to collect your bill and compare it with the items you dropped off in the laundry.
